By utilizing OTIYP, you agree to the terms set forth below in this policy. If you do not wish to agree to this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using OTIYP and all platforms. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of OTIYP after changes are made to this Privacy Policy is deemed to be acceptance of those changes. We will notify you, as the consumer, anytime changes or updates are made to the Privacy Policy.
As a consumer, you are free to explore OTIYP without providing any personal Information about yourself, as defined below, may limit your ability to receive certain information from OTIYP and your access to OTIYP. To access certain features of OTIYP – you must first complete member registration, where we may ask for certain Personal Information, as defined below.
When signing up for an OTIYP account, you will be asked first to submit your personal information.
Information such as, but not limited to, contact information, location, age, and gender. OTIYP may also request, at your election, further information, including, without limitation, product photos, and app usage reports.
Personal Information refers to any information you voluntarily submit to OTIYP that directly or indirectly relates to, identifies, could reasonably be linked to, or describes a particular individual. Personal Information includes but is not limited to, name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, birth date, etc. OTIYP collects Personal Information when you sign up for an account, send us an email, or engage in a transaction through OTIYP, as well as information that may also be contained on server logs, such as your Internet protocol (“IP”) address.
Personal Information can also include information about any transactions that you enter into with OTIYP and information about you that is available on the Internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
OTIYP may also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information when you use the platforms. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you. Non-Personally Identifiable Information which we store may include, without limitation, website pages viewed, site visited before coming to the OTIYP website, browser type, operating system, device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), organization name, articles, presentation and videos viewed, time spent viewing websites, including OTIYP website, or using certain features of the website, demographic data such as server locations clickstream data, cookies existing on your computer, search criteria used and results, date and time of access or visits to the Website, frequency of visits to the Website, connection speed, and other information through automated tracking technologies, some of which are discussed below, and OTIYP may combine this automatically collected information with other information OTIYP collects about you. Some pages may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages of OTIYP and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

You have given your consent to OTIYP for one or more specific purposes.

Personal Information concerning you is collected in order to allow OTIYP to provide its Services and for the following purposes: contacting you, analytics, managing contacts, sending messages, and processing and fulfilling your order(s), etc.
Analytics: The services in this section enable OTIYP to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of visitor behavior.
Contacting You. OTIYP may use your information for notification and reminders such as: Mailing Lists or Newsletters. By subscribing to the mailing list or for the newsletter, your email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotion nature concerning OTIYP. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up for an account with OTIYP or after making a payment to OTIYP.
Contact Form or Emails: By providing contact information on a contact form or email to OTIYP, you authorize OTIYP to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes, or any other kind of request in your email and as indicated by the form’s header. Managing Contacts and Sending Messages. This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts, or any other contact information to communicate with you. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by you, as well as when you interacted with it, such as by clicking on the links included in the message.
Platform Services and Hosting: These services host and run key components of OTIYP, allowing the provision of OTIYP from within a unified platform. Such platforms provide a wide range of tools to OTIYP, e.g., analytics, consumer registration, commenting, database management, e-commerce, and payment processing, that require the handling of Personal Information. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Information is stored.
Selling Personal Information: OTIYP may, at times, sell your Personal Information and other gathered information on you to third parties in an anonymized form. Any Personal Information we sell shall be information you have previously agreed to share with OTIYP. You also agree to sell any personal information you agree to share with OTIYP to third parties. Aggregate Consumer Information: OTIYP may at times, sell “Aggregate Consumer Information,” which is information relating to a group or category of consumers from which individual consumer identities have been removed and is not linked or reasonably linkable to any consumer or household. OTIYP may share your information, including Personal Information, as follows:
Service Providers: At any time, OTIYP may disclose the information collected from you to a third party or other service provider. OTIYP utilizes third parties and service providers to help achieve our purpose and render services. Third parties and service providers, to benefit OTIYP, are allowed to access Personal Information stored with OTIYP to perform their functions and for no other purpose.
Commercial Partners and Third Parties: OTIYP may, in connection with its services, disclose and sell your Personal Information you provide to us, such as demographic information, to commercial partners and third parties as well as other types of information collected.
Affiliates: OTIYP may disclose personal information to corporate affiliates or subsidiaries, and their use and disclosure of personal information are subject to this privacy policy.
Mergers: In the event of a merger with another company, or OTIYP is acquired by another company, we may transfer the information we have collected to the other company.
Protection: OTIYP may disclose collected Personal Information where it is reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, including but not limited to, fraud, threats to safety of a person, violations of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
Personal Information shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose it has been collected for. Therefore, personal information collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between OTIYP and you shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed and, personal information collected for OTIYP’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purpose. You may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by OTIYP within the sections of this Privacy Policy or by contacting OTIYP. No information of anybody 16 years of age or under should be inputted into any place on the website.
OTIYP may be allowed to retain Personal Information for a longer period whenever you have given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, OTIYP may be obliged to retain Personal Information for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, all Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

Be informed: You have the right to know what rights and protections are offered to you as a consumer and/or user of OTIYP.
Withdraw your consent at any time: You have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your Personal Information. Object to the processing of your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Information if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Access your Data: You have the right to learn if your data is being processed by OTIYP, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the data undergoing processing.
Verify and Seek Rectification: You have the right to verify the accuracy of your Personal Information and ask for it to be updated or corrected.
Restrict the processing of your Data: You have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your data. In this case, OTIYP will not process your data for any purpose other than storing it.
Have your Personal Information deleted or otherwise removed: You have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of your Personal Information from OTIYP. Receive your Data and have it transferred to another controller. You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract that OTIYP is part of, or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
Any requests to exercise your rights can be directed to OTIYP through the contact details provided in this document or through the various opt-out provisions on the platforms. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by OTIYP as early as possible and always within one month. However, OTIYP may refuse or charge for any request that is unfounded or excessive. OTIYP will notify you of the refusal and the basis of that refusal.
OTIYP takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to OTIYP, in some cases, data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge involved with the operation of OTIYP (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary as Data Processors by OTIYP. OTIYP may request an updated list of these parties at any time.
OTIYP safely secures Personal Information from misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and loss by ensuring a level of security appropriate to the risk of information.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of OTIYP who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. OTIYP complies with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to the protection of children’s privacy, including, but not limited to, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). OTIYP is not intended for children/people under twenty-one (21) years of age. No one under such age may provide information to OTIYP. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone or about anyone under the age of 21 years.
